What this service covers

Most emergency calls we run could have been prevented with a scheduled visit. Maintenance plans cover cleaning of optics and paper paths, calibration, firmware review and replacement of parts approaching their rated page count.

Every visit starts the same way: we reproduce the fault, read the machine's own error and counter history, and check the components that the symptom points at before anything is replaced. You get the finding and the price, then you decide.

Signs you need it

• The machine has thrown the same error code more than twice in a month.
• Output quality has drifted and cleaning the glass has not helped.
• Staff have started routing jobs to a different device to avoid this one.
• Your maintenance counter is past its rated interval.

How the visit works

1. Call or send details. Make, model and the error you see gets the right parts on the van.
2. On-site diagnosis. We confirm the cause rather than guessing from the code alone.
3. Quote and approval. Firm parts-and-labor figure, in writing, before work starts.
4. Repair and test. We run test pages and volume checks before we call it done.
