A Local Copier Shop, Run the Way Office Managers Wish Vendors Worked

Opheliaaro Co. has built its reputation on one unglamorous thing: showing up, diagnosing accurately, and fixing the machine on the first visit whenever the part exists.

How we started

The company grew out of years of field work on the same machines you have — the workhorse multifunction in the copy room and the small laser printer someone keeps under a desk. After enough calls where the previous vendor had replaced a whole assembly to fix a five-dollar roller, the approach here became simple: diagnose to the component, quote it plainly, and let the customer decide.

What we actually do all day

Roughly half of our week is unscheduled repair work — jams that will not stop, fuser errors, streaking, scanning that quit after an email migration. The other half is planned: preventive maintenance visits, installations, relocations and fleet audits for offices that got tired of guessing what printing costs them.

Our service standards

  • An arrival window you can plan around, confirmed when you book.
  • A written parts-and-labor figure before we begin the repair.
  • The failed part left with you if you want to see it.
  • A short note on what will likely need attention next and roughly when.
