FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we get most often about copier repair, pricing and coverage.

Do you offer same-day copier repair in Plano?

Yes. Calls placed before early afternoon are usually covered the same business day within Plano and the closest Collin County cities. We confirm an arrival window when you call.

What brands do you service?

We work on the major office brands including Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Kyocera, Toshiba, HP and Brother, across both desktop printers and floor-standing multifunction copiers.

How is a service call priced?

We quote a diagnostic fee up front and give you a firm parts-and-labor price before any repair begins. You approve the number before we start.

Do I need a service contract?

No. We take one-off calls without any agreement. Offices with several machines often find a maintenance plan cheaper over a year, but it is never a requirement.

Can you service a machine we lease from someone else?

Often yes, but check your lease first. Some agreements restrict outside service while the term runs, and we do not want you to void coverage you already pay for.

Do you sell toner and parts?

We do. We stock supplies for common models and can deliver locally, usually within a day or two for anything not on the shelf.

What if my copier cannot be repaired economically?

We will say so plainly. If the repair cost approaches the value of a replacement, we will tell you what a sensible replacement looks like and help move your settings over.

How quickly do you respond outside Plano?

Most of Collin County and nearby Dallas County cities are within our normal daily routes. Farther North Texas locations are scheduled, typically within one to two business days.

Question not covered?

Call and ask. We'd rather answer it in two minutes than have you guess.
